Since 2016 I had an incurable autoimmune disease called Ankylosing spondylitis triggered by a stressful period back then. The doctor told me this autoimmune disease was incurable and I can only rely on medication to control the pain and further inflammation. Throughout the years, I have tried many types of medication but eventually all the medication failed as my body became immune to them.
On the 25th of Dec 23 while celebrating Christmas, I suddenly had a strange nudging in my heart that God would grant me a gift this year to celebrate His birthday. On the 27th of Dec 2023, I woke up around 6am in the morning for a jog. Halfway through the run, I realized the usual pain in my lower back was not there. Every step I took was light and easy.
I had doubts that this could be a complete healing as previously the pain will reappear the next day. Nevertheless, I held fast to my faith and the promise that God has given me – that “…As your days, so shall your strength be.” Deuteronomy 33:25.
I trust that the Lord will heal me at the Kairos moment (right time) and cause me to be stronger spiritually and physically as I grow older.
Fast forward 2 months later, I can confidently declare that I am supernaturally and completely healed! In the past 2 months, I woke up each day pain-free and could bend my back easily without feeling any nerve pain. I am truly grateful to God who is my Jehovah Rapha. To God be all the Glory, Honor and Praise, Amen!
