I just want to give God thanks for His grace and mercies.
A few months ago, God told me to walk away from my job so that he could bless me. I was making an okay salary that covered my basic needs. It wasn’t enough to do other things, but it was okay. I decided to take leave of absence from my job for a month just to see what God had in store.
On January 4th God blessed me with a well-paying job that I could do from the comfort of my home. I used the job to do things I didn’t believe were possible such as going back to school and paying all the rent for my household and helping the poor.
During the last week of school, I got a word from my boss stating that the clients didn’t want to work with the company anymore and I would be terminated. I started to remind God that He was the one who told me to leave my job and it’s only been 4 months in the new job.
I started to seek for jobs in my new field of work but when I heard the salary, I was dissatisfied. But being a child of God I reminded myself that little is a lot once God was in it.
It’s been 5 days and I missed the old job. I got a job at a school to teach some students. I was to start tomorrow. I started to thank God because after being out of work for 5 days he still proved himself faithful by giving me another job. Little did I know that God was setting me up.
I got a message this evening from my supervisor from the old job while I was here preparing my bags to go to the teaching job tomorrow. The message stated that she found better clients with an even better salary and that I start tomorrow.
I ran with excitement and started to praise God even more. I love the work from home jobs because I get to have free time with God. When she told me my new salary it was 6 times what I was working.
Surprisingly before all of this the day that I lost the old job was the day when God gave me a vision telling me to purchase some new shoes. Lol, so I was confused as to why would God send me shoes shopping and told me he would give me money to do so and even gave me the day of the week when I should go shopping. But yet still by the time I woke up, I got unemployed.
Now it makes sense.
The new shoes were the new journey God was putting me on and the day he gave me was the day I would get my first salary on the new job.
God is so good. I am so happy to know God provided a higher paying job for me with the same boss. Now I can be able to assist some more persons who are lacking financial support.
To God be the glory.
Amen to God be the glory!
