Man Raising Hands in Worship - Christian Martyr

The Lord Vindicated Me

GLORY TO GOD!

 Revelation 12:11 (King James Version)

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of
their testimony: and they loved not their lives unto the
death.

Greetings in the Mighty Name of Jesus,

Dear Sister and Brother in Christ.

My name is Paul and my family, and I were converted as Christians in the year 1995. God brought us out of darkness to light in a miraculous way. What a mighty God He is.

I lost my father in September of the year of 2009. After his death, life for me was very difficult. It went to the extent of a betrayal by my very own loved ones. Yet by the grace and mercy of God, He has been helping me to overcome every ordeal in my life. Even when I was jobless, He gave me a good paying job. He also has been taking good care of me even until this very moment, halleluiah! Praise the Lord! Amen.

I hereby would like to share my testimony:

About seven months ago, somewhere around June 2011, I went through a back-stabbing and a major sexual and perverse, false accusation by three family members (my colleague’s family) in whom I was ministering and interceding. Due to the effect of the shameful and false accusation, I was totally shattered and went through deep emotional pain. It was so serious that I couldn’t function properly. To make matters worse, I had to face one of the family members daily, because the person is working in the same workplace with me. Another person from the same family is working in another department as well. So you can just imagine the intensity. Yet again, the Lord was comforting and counseling me through his prophets (I was receiving prophetic counseling from a true prophet of the Lord) 2 Chronicles 20: Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful. Before even this problem could hit me, the Lord used his prophetess to foretell about what the problems were going to be that I would have to face with the family and my colleagues. Yet because of my anger, I reacted and allowed the devil to get a foothold in my life. I was prophesied to that:

“The Lord will vindicate me and victory is assured.”

The anointed words from the Lord came to pass, Halleluiah! Praise the Lord! Amen.

The depression, disappointment, shame, embarrassment, rejection, backstabbing was unbearable. (Another member from the same family backstabbed me which caused me to lose an opportunity to go for a mission trip.) It felt like I was imprisoned, tortured, and pain filled thoughts came to my mind often. I was asking the Lord how can a person be so ungrateful and say such a false accusation, even though I was helping them? I was so desperate because I really wanted them to take back their accusation, and at the same time I wanted to apologize for yelling at them. I did apologize for yelling at them, even though they were the ones who started it, by falsely accusing me. However, one of the family members, during a one-on-one conversation that we had, didn’t seem to accept the apology genuinely (I felt she was very defensive).

Furthermore, I went to my boss who partially witnessed the incident (there was shouting involved by me because I couldn’t stand the accusation). I even scolded my boss for no reason at that time because I was angry. I wanted to clear things up, concerning what happened on the day of the quarrel, and also I wanted the family to come and take back the accusation that slashed at me. Yet things got even worse. After talking to my boss, I felt that she was siding with the family member and was chasing me away. I knew that my boss was still angry with me because of scolding her, though, since it is human nature.

To add to my problems, some of my fellow employees were gossiping about me. My second boss was involved in schemes for revenge upon me. To thumb me down because there was a misunderstanding between us, he wanted me to be a spy, which I didn’t agree.  I was breaking down even more. Words can’t even explain the hurt during the months of this ordeal, but God understood my pain. In September of 2011, I surprisingly received an email from the person who had falsely accused me. He shared his testimony of how the Holy Spirit convicted him about repenting to me and ask for my forgiveness and how the Lord used me to direct him to under go missions training. He even shared how much he is enjoying his intimate relationship with the Lord and his life changing experience in the mission school. I was so joyful and happy.

I replied to him praising the Lord. Glory, praise & thanks be to God! But my joyfulness didn’t last long. After receiving such a wonderful email from him I thought the rest of his family members and I would reconcile also. They were still avoiding me, and the devil continued to play with our emotions, thoughts and actions. There was total discomfort. This went on for another few months, but I could see some changes within my boss who was angry with me. Step by step she slowly changed her opinion of me, she indirectly apologized to me. The Lord gave me favor with her, Praise the Lord!

In the month of January this year 2012, God did a work in which He vindicated me even further! And brought a confirmation, this time face to face. The Lord caused the false accuser together with two of his family members, who also hurt me, to apologize to me. This person who falsely accused me even went to the extent of kneeling down and asking me for forgiveness.

I was so shocked and surprised! I quickly told him to arise.

I prayed for this person and by the power of the Holy Spirit, he was slain in the Spirit. My boss and few of my colleagues saw that happen. Glory and thanks be to God! God reconciled the family member and I. Not only did He reconcile us, but also my very own immediate family came together, hallelujah! Praise the Lord! He restored damaged relationships in my life. I also strongly believe he will restore my damaged relationship with my colleagues and relatives soon, for He is God who answers our prayer before it could come out of our mouth.

It was an amazing miracle. The key was to totally trust and surrender to the Lord, every single thing and every area of my life. It is the Lord’s battle not ours. Not reacting in anger and even staying clear of being defensive, and giving my problems to the Lord, was a major lesson for me to learn. I know that He will take care if it all. For it is mentioned in the Bible, that He will perfect that which concerns you.  Also,

2 Chronicles 20:15-17  New International Version (NIV)

15 He said: Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the LORD says to you: ˜Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. 16 Tomorrow march down against them. They will be climbing up by the Pass of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the gorge in the Desert of Jeruel. 17 You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give  you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you.

1 Peter 5:7 (King James Version)
7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

 Isaiah 40:29 (King James Version)
29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength.

Joshua 1:5 ( King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Not only did I have to learn to let go of pride but also unforgiveness, anger, hatred, arrogance and many other evil things which I was harboring in my heart. These evil things gave legal right for satan to work against my life. I have also learned to forgive other people better, so that the Lord will also forgive my sins. Lastly, I repented of my sins and asked the Lord to forgive me. See below for further details of what I have learned by the GRACE OF GOD!

1. Forgive everyone who has ever caused hurt to us in any way** love our enemies and bless them . (Matthew 5:44)

2. Be humble. (James 4:6)

3. Repent of our sins. (1 John 1:9)

4. Cleanse ourselves with the blood of Jesus. (1 John 1:7)

5. Love the Lord our God with all of our heart and with all of our soul and with all of our strength and with all of our mind. (Luke 10:27)

6. Be obedient to God, to His commandments and to his statutes, with daily reading of the bible and obedience to it. We must remember that God’s Word has solutions for all of our problems. (Deuteronomy 13:4 and 1 Samuel 15:22)

7. In times of difficulty, we need to continue to stand firm in our faith with God. (Matthew 10:22),  (Galatians 5:1 and Hebrews 11:6)

8. Worship God in whatever situation we are in. It is a weapon to defeat the enemy. Read this article http://www.victorychurch.nu/articles/the_awesome_power_of_praise

9. In the name of Jesus, we can break all legal rights and strongholds that the satan has on us. (Eph 4:27)

10. In the name of Jesus, break all ungodly soul ties, generational curses, witchcraft and word curses pronounced over you by others or by yourself. These are mentioned in the bible (read Deut 27,28, Exodus 20:5-6 and Proverbs 18:21)

11. Search and see if we have made any vows to the Lord. If there is a vow made to Him, then we must fulfill it to Him or perhaps ask Him if He is willing to release us from it, if done in ignorance. I made a vow to God a long time ago, which I totally forgot. I went through the serious consequences. When I shared this matter with a friend of mine he said, Don’t make a promise you cannot keep, because God is a covenant God. It’s better to say nothing than to say something and not follow through. He wants faithfulness out of you. You cannot impress God, just love Him totally and agree with Him. (Read Ecclesiastes 5: 4-5)

12. Confess the Lord’s Word.

13. In the name of Jesus, bind and cast out evil spirits that are hindering us.

14. Ask God to bless you. (Luke 24:51)

15. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide and lead us. (John 16:13)

17. Be Holy. (1 Peter 1:16)

Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Precious Savior, Master, Messiah, Who has come in the flesh. We give you all thanksgiving, all praise, all glory, all honor, all worship and all majesty! Hallelujah. Amen and Amen.

Friends, if you face any difficult situation in life, please give it to the Lord and move on in faith, never giving up praying, which I did and it led to more problems. Do not ever allow Satan to stop you from praying. Be hungry and thirsty for God and His word (Matthew7:7).

P.S. I would like to take this time to thank all the prophets and prophetess’s of God who gave their listening ears to my problems, praying, counseling and interceding for me. Thanks and Glory be to God for leading me to you all.

Yours Faithfully,

Paul
