In the blessed and holy name of Jesus Christ, I share this heartfelt testimony with you. Praise and glory be to our Almighty Father in Heaven, who is both merciful and omnipotent. There is no God like Jesus, who is alive, who listens, and who answers our prayers with perfect timing and divine will.
As someone who once wandered in lukewarm faith, I have been transformed by the countless miracles Jesus has performed in my life. Through His magnificent works and the guiding presence of the Holy Spirit, I have been renewed. He has protected me from life-threatening accidents, comforted me in my darkest hours, and guided my steps with divine precision—ways only He could orchestrate with such grace and perfection. All the glory and worship belong to Him alone, my one and only Savior.
Now, I cherish my relationship with the Lord above all else. I rise early, rearrange my day, and make space for Him—immersing myself in His Word. The peace that floods my soul when reading the Holy Bible, opening my heart to Jesus, and meditating on His teachings is incomparable to anything else. We need Him for our eternal salvation, to navigate this world, and to find true happiness before we leave this life.
If you feel that your life is veering off course, listen to that inner voice—fast, pray, and speak to your Father in Heaven. Your paths will be made clear, and wisdom and understanding will follow. Trust in Yeshua wholeheartedly, even when it’s challenging—He will provide when the time is right.
Looking back, you’ll see that no one could have composed a better story to glorify God. Every trial shapes us, strengthens us, and is an opportunity to increase our faith, giving us chances as children of God to honor Him through our steadfast trust. Keep your heart anchored in Jesus—eternal life awaits, free from hardship!
Let us endure these temporary trials with unwavering faith, using every miracle as a testimony to His glory, until we reunite with our Creator and Comforter. This testimony is particularly about my career journey, spanning over a decade—a journey where our beloved Jesus took me by the hand, opened closed doors, and catapulted me into unforeseen opportunities.
I began my career in the oil and gas industry on an offshore rig in Abu Dhabi, UAE, starting as a trainee. Despite holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree, I humbly accepted a low-paying job after nine months of waiting and praying for a breakthrough. During my time as a trainee, I embraced the challenges of offshore operations and discovered a passion for Occupational Health and Safety, guided by a compassionate safety supervisor. This mentor, a God-fearing man, recognized my potential despite my limited experience, and when the safety officer role became vacant, he advocated for my promotion—believing in me despite internal resistance from senior managers. It was undeniably God working through him, ensuring my growth and positioning me where I needed to be.
The supervisor, whom I now see as a guardian angel in my journey, even helped me transfer to a better rig when internal politics threatened my progress. Before his retirement, he ensured I was well-placed, solidifying my foundation in the safety profession. I am forever grateful to Jesus for placing such a figure in my life, marking the beginning of my career in safety.
After five years, I got married and sought stability. The demanding 28-day rotations were wearing on me, and I prayed fervently for a change. Though my faith wavered at times, Jesus, in His boundless mercy, heard the longing of my heart. One day, completely unexpectedly, I received an email from a prominent aviation ground handling company, intrigued by my safety experience from the oil and gas sector. Despite my doubts, I pursued the opportunity and was blessed with a safety advisor role—one that offered stability, regular hours, and the chance to nurture my new family. I did not actively seek this role—I was headhunted, clearly the work of Jesus guiding my path.
However, challenges soon followed. After just three months, organizational restructuring threatened my position, and I questioned why God had brought me this far only to face possible loss. I had invested in a new life—moved cities, purchased a car, and settled down. Yet, through it all, I remained steadfast in faith, and Jesus upheld me. I passed interviews once more and retained my position, even as my initial manager departed. Despite adversity, I thrived, recognizing that Jesus had ensured I was ready for what lay ahead.
As the years passed and COVID-19 brought uncertainty, I again leaned on my faith. Despite staff reductions, I remained employed—a blessing in itself. I sought growth, and though opportunities seemed scarce, I trusted that God had a plan. When the right moment came, I was offered a promotion, affirming that perseverance and faith are always rewarded.
When the time came for me to move to Canada, the journey wasn’t easy, but God’s voice guided me, reassuring me through unexpected encounters and heartfelt prayers. Despite the struggles of finding the right job, Jesus orchestrated events perfectly, aligning my career with my passion for aviation and safety. When both my wife and I faced joblessness, He provided at just the right moment—a miraculous testament to His faithfulness and love.
Reflecting on my journey from oil and gas to aviation ground handling in Dubai, to an airport authority role in Abu Dhabi, and now in Vancouver, I see how only God could have crafted this path. His timing is impeccable, and His provision never fails. Trust in Him with all your heart and never lean solely on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Seek Him in every situation and know that Jesus always answers prayers in His perfect way.
May this testimony touch those who need encouragement and faith. Know that Jesus is close—always just a prayer away. Share your miracles and victories, for they are opportunities to glorify our Lord. Let your faith be unwavering, and may you be blessed abundantly as you trust in Him with your whole heart.
