Our War Is Not with People

I want to give glory to our Almighty God for a powerful miracle He has done in my life.

A few days ago, I was facing a great battle – the City Council had decided to destroy my home because of the landlord debt. I felt hopeless, but I held on to faith and prayed earnestly, trusting that God would make a way where there seemed to be no way.

And He did!

By a true miracle, I received a call from the City Council telling me that they had changed their decision – they said they would not destroy my home! They said they made this exception because God told them not to.

What amazed me even more is that this happened within a Muslim system that is often known for its hardness and lack of mercy, yet even there, God’s voice was heard. When God speaks, no system, no power, and no human plan can resist His will.

I know this was not man’s doing; this was the hand of God! He fought this battle for me, and He gave me peace in the storm.

As the Bible says:

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
– Ephesians 6:12 (KJV)

And also,

“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
– Exodus 14:14 (NIV)

This experience reminded me that our war is not with people – it is spiritual – and when we let God take control, He brings victory in miraculous ways, even in the most impossible circumstances.

All glory and praise to Jesus Christ, who still works miracles today!
