Healed of Body Rashes

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Before I begin, I want you to know that “The so-called laws of health are simply the laws of mortal belief JESUS CHRIST is the ultimate healer”.

I was struggling with face and body rashes for a very long time. They will come all over my face and body and affect my self-confidence because wherever I go I will either have people asking me what’s on my face or staring.

I prayed to God to heal me many times but then I wanted it my way, neglecting God’s way. I would stare at my face in the mirror countless times wishing it would all just disappear.

After years one day I finally decided to listen to God, and I felt in my heart God telling me not to look in the mirror for like six months. “Haha six months? That’s crazy and this is just my thoughts”, I said to myself.

Finally, I decided to do it. My best streak was like 2 days, and I would go back to looking in the mirror so guess what the Lord did. He made me write down some healing scriptures and placed it right in front of my mirror.

After doing that I realized that whenever I stood in the mirror, I could not see my face because the scriptures which I wrote on a paper and placed it on the mirror was at a position where I could see my body except my face. I was shocked and i realised that God did not want me to see my face when I stood in the mirror but rather his word. So, I was not looking at my face when I stood in the mirror but rather the scriptures which I meditated on which include Isaiah 53:5,

“By his stripes we are healed”

and Mark 8:23

“Don’t be afraid only believe”.

Fast forward I was learning how to code self-taught to be a web dev and the lord opened a door for me with the company of my dreams, so I had to attend a training with them for six months, then after I returned home.

THE NEXT TIME I STOOD IN THE MIRROR ALL THE FACE AND BODY RASHES WERE GONE!!! I could not believe my eyes the lord has totally healed me from it. And remember I said I felt in my heart God asking me to stop staring in the mirror for 6 months? Yes, guess what? The bootcamp lasted 6 months meaning I was not getting a chance to be staring at my face often all the while.

That’s not all I got an offer as a software dev in the company which am currently officially a Software Engineer (frontend dev).

KILLING TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE WHICH IS THE POWER OF GOD.

Listen to me. I was not perfect in faith. I had doubts here and there but remember what Jesus said in Mark 5:36 “don’t be afraid only believe”. It is not about what you have done, but about what he did for us on the cross. The victory is already yours.

Don’t worry about whatever the doctor’s report is or that job that seems so far. Just trust the lord and do what he tells you. Sometimes it sounds silly when God gives us a direction why? Because his ways are higher and remember 1 Corinthians 2:14:

“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”

Just trust the lord even when logically it doesn’t seem right trust in him by his stripes you are healed and that’s final.

Believe. I hope this testimony will remind you about God’s power and hey you are the righteousness of God in Christ so stop feeling condemned. Smile and be happy always because he’s with you always. God be with you all Amen.
