Dr. Charles Stanley has touched my heart in so many ways. My spiritual growth took a step forward when I heard his voice. God spoke through him time and time again.
He is the most influential pastor I couldn’t resist. In my deepest times he taught me a lot, to be obedient to God and give Him my heart. I did not know about him until my mother mentioned his name. Just like Dr. Charles Stanley’s grandfather, a word of faith brought him to peach God’s Word through pain.
Dr. Charles Stanley was always determined to be used by God for your salvation. In times when I had anxiety, Stanley encouraged me to trust God and be set free. Day by day I listened to his devotional message and day by day I sought Jesus my Savior. He definitely left a Godly impact on my life because now I want to evangelize in people’s lives.
I know where he is right now and in heaven, he is wearing his imperishable crown. This is a message that I want others to take. Listen to Godly mentors and stay committed to Christ. Thanks, Charles Stanley, for all that you did through Christ. I will never forget you until we meet in heaven for life.
John 3:16-For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting Life.

Daniel, thank you so much for posting this. I too, was impacted by Charles Stanley. I grew up in a small town. When I became a follower of Jesus Christ it seemed there weren’t many mentors in media to learn from. I watched and learned from Dr Stanley and a handful of other preachers on cable tv and locally (no Internet, no mega churches).
When I grew older, he was just always there on the radio, YouTube, etc. I do miss him. One thing that always stood out about him to me was that I could tell in the way he talked that he really and truly had a real relationship with God from which his teaching and life testimony sprang.
Thanks for sharing this amazing beautiful comment and that’s why I really admired him a lot because he spoke straight from his heart through God. He had a lot of wisdom and was very humble. He spoke deeply about the Word of God and it touched my heart in so many ways. I am glad that he spoke to your heart as well and he will be clearly missed but just know that he is in heaven with Jesus celebrating. We will meet him one day in heaven. Religiously, I was a lost soul until God led me to Dr. Stanley. My world has changed to one of being close to God and believing that Jesus Christ died for our sins. The joy that I feel in my heart is all because of Dr. Stanley’s wonderful sermons that brought me closer to God. I am forever grateful for this wonderful servant of Christ. He will be greatly missed here on earth.
